To make 15kg, a minimum of 8kg of dehydrated insect has been used, equivalent to approximately 38kg of fresh insect.

We inform you that the extrusion of the croquette (when it is shaped) is done without additional temperature or steam input, so it is very similar to cold extrusion and for this reason the croquettes can have uniform shapes, sizes or shades , with this form of extrusion, by not subjecting the croquettes to another thermal process, we achieve less loss of nutrients in the process, so the food is more nutritious and healthy.
